I’ve always had the ability to see people. To Really SEE people. Who they truly are, what they hold in their hearts. I see past the personality and behaviors, even past the motivation for the behaviors, to the very heart of everyone I meet. I’ve found that at the very heart of everyone I meet, no matter how deeply buried or well disguised, is a tremendous, beautiful and unique spark of Divine Awesome that feels a lot like what we call Love. This is who we all truly are.
So often though, fears, doubts, hurts and beliefs get in the way of us being who we truly are. Experiences of trauma, loss, and stress in life can really take their toll. They affect our health, our relationships, our general wellbeing. Believe me, I know. I wouldn’t be into doing this work if I hadn’t been through it myself, and I’m here to tell you, life CAN be different.
To put it simply, I’m here to help you find your voice and to help reveal the unique truth and awesomeness of who you really are. Whether you realize it or not, who you really are is what you’ve been looking for your whole life. It’s what we’ve all been looking for.
Life can be challenging at times and we need all the help and support we can get.
Ok, I admit, I decided to start coaching for purely selfish reasons. I love having mind-blowing, deep down, real and inspiring conversations. I love being able to offer someone a perspective that helps them see themselves more clearly and watching an A-HA! moment happen right before my eyes. It feels AMAZING. To me, even helping someone move through deep and painful emotions is fun, because it’s so incredibly beautiful and rewarding. I learn and grow from every person I talk with.
Everyone’s path is unique. I offer a safe space for you to express what you really feel. I offer tools and techniques to help you create changes in your day to day life. I also offer energy and sound therapy healing.
When we change, everyone and everything around us changes too. When we open up, when we grow, when we forgive, when we love, we change the entire world. We are that powerful. Every voice matters.
I am a graduate of the Life Transformed Coaching Certification program. I received tools and training on how to work with clients and went through the coaching process myself. I also have over 15 years of experience in the field of personal growth including countless books and classes, as well as working with many different teachers along the way. This isn’t just a field of study for me, it’s a lifelong passion and personal pursuit of continued unfoldment.
I love doing this.
